Season 1 Mission Play
Heat waves and safety are major social issues. In order to ensure safe and smooth progress, the room renovation mission has been adjusted from 8/19~8/20 to 9/9~9/10.
Detailed plans and goals for the "room renovation" mission will be updated in the 1.0.2 patch.
Season 1 Key Schedules
The four missions for alpha member selection have been changed from mandatory requirements to bonus points. Alpha members will be selected by giving bonus points to those who have completed all the detailed items in the application form, depending on whether they have completed the four missions.
The fifth mission, the "Room Renovation" mission, is an offline event that everyone can apply to participate in. However, the order of reservation privileges will vary depending on the number of mission completion.
Project W.XYZ is an experimental hotel NFT membership project by Walkerhill, dedicated to deconstructing conventionality, instigating change, and pushing boundaries. The letter 'W' in the project title represents Walkerhill, while the subsequent alphabet sequence 'XYZ' symbolizes a forward-looking attitude. XYZ signifies a new realm for digital innovators and serves as the foundation for virtual spaces like the metaverse. Below, we outline Project W.XYZ's universe and slogan.
In a world dominated by enterprise-centered services, proactive individuals unite as activists in their quest to reclaim their freedom.
These activists decide to craft their own weapons and resist tyranny in their own ways. Unable to tolerate oppression, they seek hidden collaborators skilled in weapon forging, who agree to work discreetly using their preferred materials.
Upon obtaining these weapons, ordinary individuals absorb Walkerhill's unique abilities and evolve into a new species known as humanoids. Humanoids represent both Walkerhill's customers and a generation seeking novel cultures and spaces. They embody heroes who have liberated themselves from a centralized system.

Hotels have historically been the cornerstone of various communities. However, over time, this foundational aspect of hotels may have been forgotten. We believe that the W.XYZ community, formed through this project, will play a significant role in reinventing Walkerhill. This community will consist of those with cherished memories at Walkerhill and newcomers eager to discover it anew. It will serve as a platform where all can share their diverse hobbies and preferences.
MEMBER-DRIVEN (Shaped by Members)
Project W.XYZ breaks away from traditional hotel memberships, typically designed with corporate benefits in mind. It stands out from existing membership systems because members have the power to shape the service system as they desire. W.XYZ empowers its members with services, allowing their creativity to steer services in new directions. This belief in infinite possibilities drives our commitment.
REINVENTION (Everything is for Reinvention)
Project W.XYZ is designed for reinvention by dismantling the old and creating something new. W.XYZ's logo was created by deconstructing and reassembling the existing Walkerhill logo. Our journey involves reinventing hotel services, akin to the software, and ultimately, the reinvention of space, which represents the hardware. We cordially invite you to join this journey and witness Walkerhill's new beginning.
Season 1: ALPHA! The Beginning of Change
Season 1 commences with the 'Alpha' team comprising 48 selected individuals. To be part of the Alpha team, you must submit a membership application. Your chances of becoming an Alpha team finalist are higher based on your performance in the four missions proposed by Project W.XYZ. A medal will be awarded for each completed mission, granting priority participation in reinventing actual Walkerhill hotel rooms during the 'Room Reinvention' event, the fifth and final mission.
The chosen Alpha team members will receive individual membership PFP NFTs, along with an interview with the Project W.XYZ team, granting them the authority to plan and propose their desired Walkerhill services.
We refer to this benefit as a 'weapon.' Those with this 'weapon' will receive a two-year, unlimited, and complimentary benefit based on their proposal. Additionally, their PFP NFTs will be presented as personalized, hand-drawn formats, departing from automatic generation.
The hotel services curated by the 48 Alpha members will serve as the foundation for the gradual development of spaces, products, and F&D service offerings. The community will grow in size, evolving into an organization representing diverse consumer needs.
Out of the 48 Alpha members, 16 will include the following: leaders providing WEB3 advice to the Walkerhill community; diverse corporate leaders contemplating scalability to WEB2; culture-building brands and artists; entertainers adding excitement to the community; and social channel leaders effectively conveying the community spirit to the public. The lineup will be revealed sequentially during the application submission period.

Season 2: GENESIS! In the Middle of Reinvention (with Season 1 members joining the planning)
Following the Alpha team's launch, Alpha members will engage in community activities by participating in various offline events from October to December 2023. The Alpha team will also be instrumental in proposing and developing hotel services for Season 2's Genesis team. They will receive Season 2 NFTs based on their contributions to this process.

Season 3: GENERATE! Toward the Transformed Walkerhill (with Season 2 members joining the planning)
Season 3 is open to the public, with Season 2 members participating in the planning. Season 3 will introduce new concepts for Walkerhill, such as the Metaverse Hotel connecting online and offline, in addition to the Hotel in Hotel. Members from Seasons 1 and 2 can collectively enjoy Season 3 benefits.
